Instead, you can do certain pelvic floor exercises to keep your pelvic muscles strong. Pelvic muscle exercise may also improve your certain problems such as the urgent need of going to the bathroom and leakage of urine etc.

In order to keep your pelvic floor muscles sturdy, you have to abstain from lifting heavy object. Even if you ought to lift any object by bending your knees, ensure that you keep your back straight to avoid strain on your pelvic muscles.
